Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric check-in process, ensuring a quick and easy experience for our guests.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize the check-in process and address any operational challenges.
  • Lead the check-in team to achieve productivity and target goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or operational roles, preferably with a background in technology, automation, and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
