About the RoleThis senior position involves supporting product innovations with a focus on AI solutions across finance. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and scrum masters to define roadmaps and blueprints for AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an entrepreneur in residence to identify and develop AI solutions;
- Develop machine learning algorithms based on classification, regression, and LLMs;
- Build ETL pipelines, versioning, experimentation, and continuous delivery of machine learning models;
- Design, develop, and test necessary code to deliver desired functionality;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure features meet business needs and technical robustness;
- Operate in a 'Build & Run' model, ensuring all feature and/or model development is supported by the same team;
- Solve problems by identifying root causes and working with clients to ensure operations and incident resolution;
- Train and mentor other team members;
- Adhere to agile methodologies aligned with software industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with Databricks platform, including MLFlow;
- Ability to build machine learning models using major frameworks like scikit-learn and Keras or XGBoost;
- Programming in Python and/or Node.js;
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, as well as query languages (SQL and NoSQL);
- Knowledge of RAG, GraphRAG, KAG, and agent architectures.
- Experience developing microservices and building APIs to serve models and integrate with systems;
- Monitoring and observability of APIs and served models;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in global environments;
- Experience with SAP applications.
