- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure features meet business needs and technical robustness criteria for long-term operations.
- Actively work on solving complex problems by identifying root causes and collaborating with customers to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Train and develop other team members in software innovation techniques.
- Adhere to agile methodologies and standards, focusing on elite engineering metrics.
- Document code, processes, and solutions developed, providing training and guidance to end-users and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Advanced English skills, including broad vocabulary, good grammar, effective communication, and collaboration.
- Experience working with the Databricks Platform and MLFlow.
- Ability to create machine learning models using scikit-learn and XGBoost frameworks.
- Programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with IT teams and business partners.
