We are seeking a skilled Analyst who will deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to customers. This role involves working closely with the customer, Analytics Development team, and other teams to assess customer needs and collaborate on solution delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable analysis strategies within our platform products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an analytics consultant for the customer(s), providing expert analysis and guidance to support their facilities program improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to promote ongoing use of analytics and ensure data governance enforcement.
  • Conduct investigative analysis projects (benchmarking, data mining, etc.) to identify areas of concern and importance to the customer.
  • Develop ad hoc reports and Business Intelligence Dashboards as requested.
  • Manage customer analytic requests, including facilitating discussions, documenting requirements, setting expectations, securing signoffs, conducting project status meetings, and presenting analysis findings and recommendations.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience in performing ad hoc analysis in Excel.
  • BI report and dashboard development background (Looker or Power BI experience is desirable).
  • Capable of independently scoping, managing, and delivering multiple analytics projects simultaneously.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies between applications and BI.
  • Excellent Data Storytelling skills and ability to translate complex concepts into a digestible format.
  • SQL development experience is preferred.
  • Experience in analysis at a SaaS/Software company, within Facilities Management, and/or in a customer-facing role is desirable.
