Job Summary:
As a Senior Workforce Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and delivering end-to-end solutions to deliver a best-in-class employee experience. This includes supporting program development, engaging with third-party providers, and addressing escalated HR inquiries.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Senior Workforce Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and delivering end-to-end solutions in assigned discipline(s) to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
- Supporting program development related to their area(s) of expertise to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers.
- Engaging with third-party providers to establish, develop, and review the suite of services in assigned discipline(s).
- Addressing escalated HR inquiries and reviewer/approver of transactions, as applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent English in verbal and written communications
- Fluent Spanish in verbal and written communications
- Portuguese Native
- A previous experience working with Workday
- A previous experience working with Workforce administration
- Previous experience working as project management

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as team focal point
