Job Summary

This position oversees the development and management of large-scale projects that integrate renewable energy, water, electrolyzers, derivatives synthesis facilities, ports, and delivery pipelines. Collaboration with internal and external experts is required to drive project progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project development efforts for multiple complex projects, ensuring timely completion and collaboration with co-development partners.
  • Oversee external consultants and SMEs providing support across various specialties, including environmental studies, permitting, public affairs, real estate legal, engineering studies, PtX technology, water engineering, and midstream transportation.
  • Travel to project sites as needed to meet with stakeholders and ensure project progress.
  • Support green hydrogen and derivatives strategy by staying up-to-date on industry trends, markets, policy, and competitive landscape; provide research reports to inform team decisions.
  • Conduct regular project update meetings with ANGH team members and co-development partners.
  • Manage project budgets, Gantt schedules, and KPI dashboards to track progress.
  • Assist with project-level accounting and financials.
  • Provide inputs into the techno-economic model used to support project economics and offtake discussions.
  • Coordinate with GIS and engineering teams to assist in developing project layouts.
  • Help implement process improvements and protocol creation for the growing development organization.
Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Clear-thinking approach to drive project strategy using a Gantt chart.
  • Knowledge of the full project development lifecycle and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Beneficial knowledge of green hydrogen, ammonia, or e-fuels.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA preferred.
