Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate projects and optimize operational processes. This role involves translating ideas and needs into documented operational processes, ensuring our platform and operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In this position, you will integrate various software tools, manage and document processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to implement scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business and customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and manage operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.">
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate software tools to optimize operations, such as payment processing, notification systems, and customer management platforms.">
  • Coordinate projects across different departments, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.">
  • Set up notification systems to inform stakeholders about sales and other key metrics.">
  • Translate ideas and needs into clear, actionable documentation and operational plans.">

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Technical Project Management or Operations role with hands-on experience in software integration and process documentation.">
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and software tools, with the ability to integrate systems (e.g., payment processors, notification services).">
  • Proven ability to design creative solutions for operational challenges using available tools and technologies.">
  • Excellent ability to create clear, concise documentation from ideas and requirements.">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.">
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.">
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward.">
