Chief Business Process Optimizer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications.
Key responsibilities include evaluating, analyzing, and communicating systems requirements on a continuing basis. You will also perform discovery of customer current process, solution, or platform, and develop analyses and documentation to communicate effectively and efficiently with developers, production, managerial, and executive teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis
- Deep knowledge in payments applications, bilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent), knowledge in banking or processing back office, great knowledge and experience on ISO 8583
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights, proven analytical abilities, experience in generating process documentation
