About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Product Led Sales Associate Account Executive to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will manage the complete sales process and drive revenue growth in your assigned region. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales pipeline, strategically prospecting into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and developers, and becoming a product expert to understand all components of MongoDB.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and developers
- Become a product expert and understand all components of MongoDB
- Manage your time efficiently
- Work with self-service MongoDB accounts to grow consumption of MongoDB Atlas
- Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Skilled in building business champions
- Must live in the territory (São Paulo)
- Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
- Familiarity with databases, develops, and open-source technology a plus
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese as this role will cover the LatAm territory
