Job Overview

Rimini Street seeks a seasoned professional to manage a strategic portfolio of clients and lead a team responsible for driving client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hire, develop and lead a high-performing team responsible for driving client adoption, renewals, cross-sell, advocacy and satisfaction across the client base.
  2. Develop and implement business plans to drive results and ensure alignment across the leadership team.
  3. Manage strategic relationships with key clients, working closely with executive teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  4. Meet or exceed quarterly targets for renewals, cross-sell and advocacy.
  5. BUILD C-level and executive relationships, establishing trusted advisor status.
  6. Foster a community of client champions, securing sales and marketing advocates to drive referenceability and participation in client marketing programs.
  7. Develop key account plans, including retention strategies, cross-sell opportunities, relationship mapping and value analysis.
  8. Provide proactive client management through regular business reviews, onsite visits and client communications.
  9. Mentor the Client Success team on strategic conversations, C-suite relationships and cross-sell best practices.
Requirements and QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Location

Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Experience

15+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management or business development.

Specific experience with Oracle and/or SAP required.

Knowledge of ERP or SaaS support market and/or support infrastructure.

Skills

Executive presence and communication skills.

Leadership, time management, facilitation and organizational skills.

Bias for action.

Passion for technology and fast-growing companies.

Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.

Strong documentation skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.

Essential language skills: Portuguese, English, Spanish.
