About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client lifecycle management team and take on a challenging role in onboarding and KYC. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring that our clients receive a seamless experience throughout their lifecycle with us.

Our ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in onboarding and account opening services, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. They will be able to quickly adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • To be part of our client lifecycle management operating model and account opening and retirement process
  • To take the required actions to resolve queries and requests
  • To log any client complaints and feedback for escalation and remediation
  • To ensure that any risk issues or red flags are addressed
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • 2-4 years of experience in onboarding and account opening services
  • A collaborator with a can-do attitude, able to quickly adapt within a changing environment
  • Bachelor degree in related area
  • Advanced English language proficiency
