- Implementar e monitorar a conformidade com as diretrizes das Boas práticas de Manipulação e Melhoria contínua em todos os processos.
- Proporcionar suporte técnico aos vendedores, médicos e hospitais para atender às necessidades de documentação, bulas ou dúvidas técnicas.
- Auxiliar na investigação e finalização das reclamações (SAC) e devoluções providenciando abertura e fechamento de ações preventivas/corretivas.
- Realizar contatos com médicos e Hospitais para obtenção de informações sobre necessidades como documentação, bulas ou dúvidas técnicas.
- Interagir com o laboratório para desenvolvimento de novos produtos.
- Triar dados para viabilidade técnica e comercial para lançamento de novos produtos.
Obrigatório é possuir graduação em Farmácia Bioquímica e experiência mínima de 5 anos na função. Experiência desejável na área de produção de medicamentos injetáveis/estéreis em indústria de medicamentos.
