Job Title: Innovative R&D Solutions Specialist
Overview
The ideal candidate for this position will have expertise in maintaining, testing, and debugging internal design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions to improve internal design and verification tools.
- Provide technical support to users via hotline or direct contact.
- Collaborate with the design engineering community to collect feedback and enhance tool functionality.
- Support standardization initiatives by contributing to the development of technical standards and standard drawings.
- Contribute to training programs through manuals, courses, workshops, and pilots.
- Research and define analytical models for structural calculations.
- Verify and validate tools used throughout all stages of the design-to-manufacturing process.
- Offer technical support to design engineers across global units.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).
- Have experience with PTC Creo Parametric.
- Possess knowledge of programming languages, including additional skills.
- Be familiar with structural simulation tools (FEM), preferably with experience.
- Have advanced English language skills, with proficiency in other languages considered an advantage.
- Demonstrate experience working in multicultural and remote environments.
- Be available for occasional travel.
- Experience in the design and manufacturing of power transformers is highly valued.
