Job Description

As a highly skilled Orthopedic Robotic Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and market penetration of Stryker's MAKO business in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop Stryker customers and employees to ensure successful adoption and utilization of MAKO products.
  • Launch new accounts across Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and provide clinical support and guidance to customers.
  • Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the Robotic Arm, assisting surgeons in preoperative robotic procedure surgical planning.
  • Actively promote the clinical benefits of MAKO products and build strong relationships with key surgeons and theatre staff at Stryker accounts.
  • Support the development and delivery of training and education programs for Stryker employees and regional customers on MAKO products.
  • Collaborate with regional training teams to ensure accreditation of courses and support regional sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Technical degree and/or bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, surgical instrumentation, or a related healthcare field.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in the hospital and surgical environment, with a strong understanding of clinical and surgical support.
  • Able to develop and deliver training and education programs.
  • Previous experience working with robotic surgery is a plus, as is knowledge of orthopedics and/or aspects related to the musculoskeletal system.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in technical skills and technology systems, as well as administrative procedures.
  • Availability to travel and flexible hours.
