As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key part in building, optimizing, and scaling our data pipelines and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, values autonomy, and wants to work with a collaborative international team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and manage data pipelines using Apache Airflow
  • Write clean, efficient code in Python to support scalable ETL/ELT processes
  • Own and evolve internal data infrastructure and integration pipelines
  • Monitor and ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
  • Collaborate with global teammates in English across product and engineering
  • Operate independently while contributing to technical direction and architecture
  • Work during EST hours to align with the core team
Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or similar technical roles
  • Advanced-level experience in Python programming
  • Proven hands-on knowledge of Apache Airflow
  • Background working in small teams or startups
  • Comfortable working autonomously and owning complete solutions
  • Conversational English for team collaboration
  • Availability to work within the EST time zone
  • Located in Brazil or open to working in a similar time zone
