About the Role:


You will be responsible for optimizing our current and long-term success through accurate financial practices. Your application of analytical skills, forecasting expertise, and reporting capabilities will be crucial in ensuring our continued quality of life initiatives globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess the current status of accounting books, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local and international standards.
  • Conduct reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial integrity.
  • Manage and complete financial activities including tax filings, month-end close, and forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, fixed asset audits, and physical inventory management.
  • Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and develop project plans to drive global finance activities.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to smaller project teams executing tactical initiatives.
  • Analyze financial and trend reports, synthesize insights, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop ROI analysis for strategic projects and initiatives to inform decision-making.
  • Liaise with corporate finance teams to ensure alignment on reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CRC registration required)
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational or healthcare sectors, with management experience included

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of GAAP (local and international) and SOX compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems and database tools preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to influence and negotiate internally
  • Ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels and escalate issues appropriately
