Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Labor and Employee Relations expert to lead our team in Brazil. This role requires extensive experience in employment law, labor relations, and employee engagement.
">- As a Labor and Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing best practices in HR, ensuring equitable treatment, and fair behaviors in the workplace.
- You will oversee and manage programs, policies, procedures, and employment practices that are compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Your expertise will drive clear communication and engagement at all levels, influencing change and negotiation skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Advanced English and Fluent Portuguese (Basic Spanish is a plus).
- Experience in employment law managing complex ER cases within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated L&ER expertise and leadership experience.
- Ability to drive clear communication and engagement at all levels.
