About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Counsel, Commercial Contracts, who will work with our commercial teams to review, draft, and manage commercial contracts. This includes non-disclosure agreements, vendor and partnership agreements, services agreements, statements of work, and customer agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop contract negotiation and drafting skills to manage commercial matters.
  • Navigate new problems and conceive novel contracting frameworks when needed.
  • Respond promptly to legal requests from internal clients to facilitate contract review and support their business needs.
  • Evaluate and advise on appropriate legal courses of action to meet company and business unit needs.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney at a law firm or in-house.
  • Strong passion for drafting, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle new areas of responsibility.
  • US business contract experience is strongly preferred.
