Amaris Consulting is in search of a dedicated and skilled Bid Manager to join our LATAM team. This role will focus on overseeing the complete bid process in Brazil. The successful applicant will be instrumental in recognizing opportunities for bid submissions, crafting strategies that lead to successful bids, conducting thorough research, and preparing compelling proposals. Additionally, the role involves negotiating with stakeholders and collaborating with team members to ensure the success of bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop proposals that align with client expectations by integrating various contributions and ensuring overall coherence.
- Lead responses to requests for proposals for ongoing solutions.
- Engage in the consolidation of project profit and loss statements and the formulation of financial offers.
- Work alongside managers to identify solutions tailored to client needs.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives within the pre-sales department.
- Support throughout the entire lifecycle of complex solution sales, including understanding requests, conducting risk assessments, coordinating proposal creation, financial simulations, and closing deals.
