Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AP accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Analyze and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor invoices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AP accounting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
