AP Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced AP accounting professional to manage procurement payments and expense reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate payment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily voucher checks and JE entries to ensure compliance and reliability in accounting.
  • Identify AP accounting issues and risks, and propose solutions and measures.
  • Lead or participate in specialized projects, focusing on AP processes and systems improvement, to enhance work efficiency and quality.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is desired.
  • Prior experience in AP accounting; knowledge of Brazilian financial and tax policies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with other departments.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, preferably with experience in system establishment or integration.
