AP Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled AP Accountant to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily voucher checks to ensure timely and accurate payment and JE entry for compliance and reliability in accounting.
  • Identify AP accounting issues and risks, proposing solutions and measures.
  • Lead or participate in specialized projects to improve AP processes and systems, enhancing work efficiency and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; Portuguese preferred.
  • AP accounting experience with familiarity with Brazilian financial and tax policies and practices a plus.
  • Effective communication skills to resolve problems with other departments.
  • Basic IT system knowledge with relevant experience in system establishment or integration preferred.
