Job Overview

The Key Account Manager role involves overseeing a portfolio of high-value B2B clients in the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive account support, managing internal escalations, and expanding our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key client relationships in Mexico and Colombia to drive growth and retention.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for billing, portfolio usage, credit support, and operational follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex client needs or escalations.
Qualifications
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in key account management or B2B customer success.
  • Proven track record of expanding accounts through strategic sales and relationship-building.
  • Strong understanding of B2B financial products, including credit lines, virtual cards, and digital payments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
