Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative CO2 capture machines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and designing electrical systems for our CO2 capture machines, with a focus on power electronics and new product development.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 6+ years proven experience in electrical design engineering, including new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design electrical & control subsystems for our one-of-a-kind DAC equipment
  • Be involved in product innovation and new product development from an electrical engineering perspective
  • Create detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to ensure optimal electrical design and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations
  • Experience with power electronics and high power electrical design (LV range)
  • Very good calculation and analysis skills
  • Expert knowledge of EPLAN for 2D as well as 3D (Pro Panel) design, incl. macros, labeling/numbering, cable management, etc.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach to work
