Lead a team of skilled BIM professionals to develop and manage construction project models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design teams to review tender and IFC BIM models, 2D drawings, and asset data for ISO19650 compliance.
  • Develop and maintain healthy, coordinated BIM models using Revit, incorporating best practices and company/project standards.
  • Conduct clash detection and support avoidance measures to ensure model integrity.
  • Mentor junior modelers and provide guidance on modeling techniques and workflows.
  • Update models and drawings based on RFI responses, engineering instructions, and design changes, maintaining accurate information standards.
  • Identify discrepancies in contract documents and report them promptly, ensuring project stakeholders are informed.
  • Support as-built/redline and handover processes by updating models and extracting accurate drawings, providing timely information to site teams and project managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a BIM Modeler in GCC countries, with expertise in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Advanced knowledge of BIM fundamentals, principles, and workflows, with proficiency in Navisworks and/or Revizto.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in collaborative shared environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
