Digital Governance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to co-drive our digital governance and processes on a global scale.

  • End-to-End Governance Ownership: The selected candidate will drive established and operative governance frameworks, ensuring governance policies reflect organizational priorities and execution is in balance with the fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritizing our portfolio across digital and data products, aligning with global and local organizations, and advocating for user-centric focus on business value creation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing and refining governance processes to enhance efficiency and digital business value creation.
  • Definition of Standards: Defining, documenting, and communicating governance policies in collaboration with stakeholders, maintaining an actionable and relevant governance framework aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for global stakeholders, aligning on governance requirements, priorities, and value delivery, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaboration with Peers: Partnering with Product Owners and other peer groups to ensure excellence in product delivery and business value creation.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders, and refining the governance strategy as necessary.

This position requires a deep understanding of digital governance alongside strong collaborative skills to engage with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in digital governance, process management, or a similar role, ideally in a global organization.
