Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute governance strategies that reflect organizational priorities.
- Manage portfolios of digital and data products, ensuring alignment with global and local objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and refining governance processes for efficiency gains.
- Establish and communicate governance policies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Serve as primary point of contact for global stakeholders, fostering effective communication and engagement.
- Partner with product owners and peers to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital governance, process management, or similar role in a global organization.
- Proven understanding of governance principles with strategic decision-making expertise.
