Innovative Product Leader

This role involves working as part of a team that creates innovative solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, preferably in fintech or high-growth tech companies.
- Prominent Skills:
- Proven experience inproduct management or product strategy;
- Solid understanding of thepayment ecosystem (issuers, acquirers, APMs, schemes, PSPs, settlement, FX, regulations);
- Strong business acumen — ability to connect product decisions to revenue, cost efficiency, and market impact;
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus;
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment;
- Hands-on experience with product discovery, market research, stakeholder alignment, and backlog management;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive consensus and influence across teams;

Key Responsibilities- Define the product vision and long-term strategy for payment solutions;
- Act as the voice of the product across the organization;
- Lead product discoveries to deeply understand customer pain points;
- Partner with commercial, operations, finance, marketing, legal and engineering to develop and deliver scalable solutions;
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market and post-launch iteration;
- Develop the go-to-market strategy for new features or payment methods;
- Monitor product performance and identify levers for growth, optimization, and differentiation;
