Our Mission

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our squads in the Financial Products team.

About the Role

• Define Our Strategy: Develop and communicate a long-term roadmap for money-movement solutions that aligns with company goals and drives sustainable growth.
• Lead and Develop Your Team: Manage and mentor Product Managers, set clear goals, and foster a high-performance culture that turns plans into results.
• Shape World-Class Products: Convert market insights and user pain points into detailed specs, guiding features from concept to launch with a focus on quality and scalability.
• Champion Customer Understanding: Dive deep into merchant workflows, regulatory trends, and economics to uncover opportunities that unlock new revenue streams.
• Drive Cross-Functional Initiatives: Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, and Commercial teams around complex projects, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders engaged.
• Turn Strategy into Execution: Turn high-level goals into prioritized epics and user stories, balance tech debt versus new features, and track delivery against clear success metrics.
• Maintain Our Roadmap: Keep a transparent, data-driven roadmap; regularly update priorities based on impact and steer the organization through each milestone to timely completion.

You'll be a great fit if you have

• A product leadership track record, including demonstrated ability to lead and develop Product Managers, build high-performing teams, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience shipping and scaling revenue-generating financial products, with a background in payment processors, fintech startups, or other regulated financial institutions.
• End-to-end ownership of products, taking them from concept through launch and continuous optimization, balancing long-term vision with daily execution.
• Strategic and tactical execution skills, with the ability to craft multi-year roadmaps and drive sprint-level delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder influence, with experience aligning diverse teams and leaders around shared goals and trade-offs.
• Bias for action and accountability, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to craft clear narratives and persuade diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
