As a Product Lifecycle Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Americas Product Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and recommend initiatives to improve regional profitability, including management of change.
- Optimize product lines and/or grade slates by prioritizing new product needs, decommissioning old products, and implementing sustainability initiatives.
- Clearly communicate asset competitiveness targets and performance, driving progress against targets.
- Coordinate and participate in business team meetings to ensure product compliance and performance through cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead execution of Product Management processes, including master data reviews, grade development, and change management.
- Support product innovation and commercialization, ensuring strict adherence to defined processes and milestones.
- Comprehend customer feedback, prioritize improvement opportunities, and ensure effective closure.
- Understand high-consequence financial risks to assets and ensure optimized risk mitigation strategies.
- Engage with colleagues across the Americas and globally, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Coordinate and lead response to unplanned events that may impact product delivery.
You are an analytical professional skilled in using data and critical thinking to generate insights.
Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
Collaborative team player, experienced in working across global teams and managing competing priorities.
- University degree in a technical field is preferred; business administration or similar acceptable with relevant work experience.
- Prior work experience; previous product management or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook, with working knowledge of intermediate Excel features required.
- Fluent English communication clarity is a must.
