Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in driving organizational excellence and growth. As a strategic business leader, you will play a key role in maximizing the potential of employees while contributing to the organization's success.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for managing the Human Resources function, including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Data Analytics.
  • We are looking for someone who can build a strong Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition strategy, creating opportunities for growth and development.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement Leadership Development programs to build a robust succession planning process and ensure the future readiness of the organization.
  • You will partner with business leaders to optimize organizational performance and results, leveraging technology and data analytics to drive efficiencies and predict trends.
Requirements
  • Strong HR experience leading teams and managing change in multi-national company environments.
  • Bachelor's degree. Advanced certificates or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business is desirable.
  • Portuguese, English (advanced), and Spanish (intermediate) language proficiency.
