We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a pivotal role within our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with senior leaders and employees to drive business growth and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with senior leaders and employees to understand their needs and concerns.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to help leaders make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
- Cultivate a culture of open communication, transparency, and trust.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Coach and develop leaders to enhance their skills and abilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (advanced HR qualification valued).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in large, complex organizations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach leaders, manage change, and resolve conflicts.
- Skilled at handling sensitive information and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with HRIS platforms is considered a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and HR database tools.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable working across cultures and virtual environments.
