Drive Business Transformation as a Senior HR Partner

This pivotal role demands strategic thinking, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire leaders towards cultural transformation.

You will be an integral member of management teams, offering astute HR guidance and developing impactful solutions that align with business objectives.

The scope of this position encompasses talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development initiatives, coaching, and guiding managers to enhance engagement and team effectiveness.

  • Develop strategic HR advice and solutions as an active member of management teams.
  • Align P&C strategies with business goals and translate them into actionable initiatives.
  • Lead comprehensive talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with managers to strengthen employee engagement, performance, and team productivity.
  • Promote organizational change and act as an Engagement Ambassador in surveys and initiatives.
  • Uphold Volvo's values by spearheading cultural transformation efforts.
  • Support compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development activities.
  • Ensure compliance and clear communication of P&C policies and directives.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve HR practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (advanced HR qualification valued).
  • Proven experience as an HR business partner in large, complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach leaders, manage change, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in handling sensitive information and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and HR database tools.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and virtual environments.
