Job Title: Senior Business Alliance Manager

Job Description:

The company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Alliance Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR strategies align with company priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  2. Talent Management: Lead initiatives on performance enhancement, succession planning, and employee development.
  3. Change Management: Support organizational change efforts through effective communication, leadership support, and employee engagement.
  4. Leadership Coaching: Mentor managers to develop leadership skills and accountability.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics for insights and strategic decisions.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) in areas like Compensation, Talent, Diversity, and People Analytics to implement best practices and impact the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Expertise in at least one HR area (e.g., Compensation, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, or People Analytics).
  • Strong change management experience, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
  • Experience working with international and commercial teams.
  • Advanced consulting and coaching skills to influence senior leaders.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in high-growth global organizations.
  • Desirable knowledge in organizational design, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent attraction.
  • Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.
