As a key member of the global HR team, you will play a vital role in driving business success through strategic and effective HR operations.

You will work closely with senior leadership and regional HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and regional HR teams
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive business outcomes
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Partner with HRIS team to develop and refine operational processes for day-to-day HR administration
- Coach and advise people managers on full spectrum of employee relations issues across multiple countries
- Establish trusted partnership with business in your region
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Design new policies and deliver on business-critical HR-related projects globally
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR operations and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
