
HR Business Strategist

This is a critical position in our organization, serving as the strategic link between people and business performance. The role focuses on driving success by ensuring that People & Culture initiatives align with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and experience working in large, complex organizations. They will be able to provide strategic advice and solutions to management teams, align P&C strategies with business goals, and translate them into impactful actions.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Acting as an active member of management teams, providing expert HR advice and solutions.
- Aligning P&C strategies with business goals and translating them into actionable plans.
- Leading talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Cultivating a culture of engagement, performance, and team effectiveness among managers and teams.
- Supporting compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (advanced HR qualification is highly valued).
- Proven experience as an HR business partner in large, complex organizations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and HR database tools.
This is an on-site role in Curitiba, where you will be immersed in our culture, build close partnerships with leaders and teams, and directly influence the future of our business.
