Finance Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to play a key role in optimizing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing timely payments to suppliers, managing and approving purchase orders, and reconciling bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy.

• Process Payments: Execute timely payments to local and international suppliers, ensuring seamless cash flow management.
• Invoice Management: Accurately post and process supplier invoices in our financial systems, maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Purchase Order Oversight: Align purchasing and approving orders with company policies, minimizing risks and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Reconciliation Activities: Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions to maintain financial accuracy, identifying and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Expense Reimbursements: Review, approve, and audit personal expense claims, adhering to company guidelines.
• Performance Tracking: Calculate and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the accounts payable function, providing actionable insights for business improvement.
• Internal Controls: Support audit readiness and compliance through internal control procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve queries and communicate AP processes, fostering strong relationships.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at standardizing and optimizing the P2P process, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

• A recent graduate or early-career professional in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, possessing a solid understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address financial discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, embracing new challenges and opportunities for professional development.
• Fluency in English, with Spanish as an asset.
