Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the customer relationship management process to ensure exceptional client satisfaction in the São Paulo region, metropolitan area, and Campinas.
  • Support the Relationship Marketing Coordination and corporate leadership in developing strategies for client engagement.
  • Monitor customer journey mapping, identifying key moments of delight and pain points to meet client needs.
  • Analyze research surveys to diagnose and provide insights for business improvements.
  • Coordinate activities with peers related to event delivery, customer service, inspection follow-ups, and process enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
  • Desirable: Postgraduate or specialization.
