Procurement Expert

The Procurement Expert plays a vital role in driving the procurement process for hotel and ground transportation.

In this key position, responsibilities include:

  • Identifying industry trends through hotel market analyses
  • Negotiating with hotels and ground transportation providers to secure favorable terms
  • Tracking financials on Excel to ensure accurate budgeting

Additional duties may include:

  • Managing the Request for Proposal/Request for Information process through API's platform, JETRFP
  • Researching hotel options and tracking collected data in Salesforce database
  • Analyzing market trends and conditions to secure the best possible scenarios for airlines and hotel partners

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A deep understanding of the travel industry

Bachelor's degree required, with at least one year of experience working closely with airlines and/or hotels.
