Financial Specialist Role

A key member of our team, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for a range of critical financial functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable routines to ensure timely payments and receipts.
  • Control and perform bank account reconciliations across all active accounts to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
  • Schedule and expedite foreign exchange operations to minimize risks and maximize returns.
  • Organize and safeguard physical and digital archives to protect sensitive information.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ccoordinate accounting closing routines on a monthly basis to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Track and register company capital expenditures to inform investment decisions.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to represent the company's best interests and secure favorable terms.
  • Support due diligence and audit operations as needed to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly health insurance deductions for payroll providers to facilitate timely payments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks tied to hiring and dismissal of employees to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Purchase new equipment and services for the operation to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Production Engineering.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Desirable experience in a related field.
  • Technical skills: Advanced Excel and Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Differential qualifications: Experience with SAP Business One (B1) and knowledge of Tableau.
