Key Responsibilities:

- Define commercial strategy for the LATAM markets, driving business growth and development of the sales organization in the region.">
- Lead the subregion commercial team, establishing a successful sales force by building, retaining, and attracting talent.">
- Maintain focus on financial targets, meeting short- and long-term Profit & Loss and growth expectations.">
- Translate corporate messages into tangible sales objectives and accountabilities for the teams.">
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to influence the future direction and strategies of the business.">
Requirements:

- Solid sales and marketing leadership experience.">
- Strong international experience with solid understanding and knowledge of the LATAM region.">
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese, with some knowledge of Spanish beneficial.">
- Well-developed leadership skills, with ability to lead through change and communicate clear sense of direction and focus in ambiguous context.">
- Ability to operate in global business environment and work with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds.">
