At Envalior, we are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our global team. This role is responsible for managing tax processes and compliance activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax compliance activities, including preparation and review of tax filings;
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position;
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on tax matters related to business operations and transactions;
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company;
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities on tax audits and inquiries;
  • Monitor tax risks and identify opportunities for tax savings;
  • Calculate transfer pricing, cross charging costs, royalties according to OECD rules;
  • Calculate income tax as well as deferred tax;
  • Assist in the preparation of tax accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  • Manage all ancillary obligations to guarantee all tax (Direct and indirect) compliance to local authorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax or tax consulting;
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment;
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
