
LATAM Credit Development Lead

This role involves building and strengthening partnerships across Brazil and the broader LATAM region. The ideal candidate will take a lead role in shaping our credit-related payment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, initiate, and deepen strategic partnerships with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, fintech providers, credit reference agencies, and payment institutions in Latin America.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements related to credit services (e.g., BNPL, personal credit), and evaluate external providers to identify the most aligned solutions.
- Analyze industry developments and regulatory trends within LATAM and global credit markets to provide actionable recommendations for credit product expansion.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to bridge business needs and service gaps, drive cooperation plans, and ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, economics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within the credit or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the digital payments landscape and consumer credit trends in Brazil and the broader LATAM region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing partnerships with financial institutions or fintechs.
- Experience working with BNPL or personal credit products.
