Key Job Responsibilities
  • Support operational growth and enhance business efficiencies in day-to-day work.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement changes.
  • Communicate with vendors as needed to support operations.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and move-out of units.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Top-tier university degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (residential or hospitality experience considered a plus).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (formulation, data entry, charts, pivot tables).
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
