Role OverviewWe're seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join our Finance Team in São Paulo. As a key member of our global finance team, you'll partner with the Global Commercial Organization on finance-related topics, including revenue growth and management, client acquisition, client success, and investment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Review, track, and analyze key financial trends for the company, performing variance analyses on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance-based financial reporting to ensure adequate visibility of performance for the business and senior leaders.
- Help manage and run standard company cycles: monthly results, short-term forecasts, and formal budget cycles.
- Drive continual standardization and streamlining of planning, forecasting, and recurring reporting.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid global experience in relevant industries, technology, and marketplace-focused.
- Experience creating and fostering cross-functional networks.
- Demonstrated analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment.
- Ability to adapt and operate in an evolving environment.
