About the Job:
The Business Development Professional will be responsible for obtaining the product vision, impact analysis, and functional and non-functional requirements related to the work to be performed. This person will also facilitate communication between team members, translating needs, requirements, and definitions into schemas, documentation, stories, and prototypes that facilitate consensus and bring greater clarity as to everything that has been prioritized and will be performed.
This individual will support in planning, perform specification of functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria, facilitating requirements gathering meetings using the most appropriate techniques. They will clearly express items in the Backlog and ensure that the Development Team understands the Backlog items to the required level. Additionally, they will act as a Product Owner on META IT side, ensuring there is no bottleneck for the client's PO.
