Healthcare Recruiter Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively recruit, qualify, and connect clinicians with healthcare assignments across a national marketplace, initially focused on the East Coast Region.

  2. Grow and develop expansive networks of healthcare hiring partners, across multiple settings including hospitals, home health, hospice, senior care, corrections, behavioral health, and other settings.

  3. Support client partnerships teams with active leads individually and in team frameworks, using technology-based recruiting tools, business relationships, and referrals.

  4. Understand recruiting objectives and engage strongly in processes that excel at meeting and exceeding those goals.

  5. Negotiate clinician employment terms and understand the needs of both parties in employment agreements.

  6. Efficiently communicate assignment details and benefits of a travel healthcare career.

  7. Help clinicians navigate licensing, travel, housing, benefits, and other essential employment logistics.

  8. Consult and effectively advise clinicians on the benefits of becoming travel nurses.

  9. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and work under pressure.
