Responsibilities
  • Support Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content, and managing students in school environments.
  • Assist the Head Teacher in distributing and collecting materials.
  • Participate in didactic-pedagogical projects by the school.
  • Keep the classroom organized with materials requested by the Head Teacher.
  • Be responsible for decorating walls, doors, tables, and bulletin boards around the school.
  • Adapt activities for students with special educational needs.
  • Ensure safety by constantly staying with students during activities and interfering when necessary.
  • Receive students at the entrance and exit of the school while paying attention to safety standards.
  • Accompany students at meal times to ensure everyone eats well.
  • Manage the class in times of absence or temporary unavailability of the Head Teacher.
  • Record student activities through videos and photos and send them to the Head Teacher within the established deadline.
  • Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences, and development workshops to improve professional competence.
  • Attend school events open to families.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Pedagogy background or equivalent experience.
  • Desirable 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Early Childhood Education expertise.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Bilingualism.
  • Knowledge of IB Methodology, Child Development, Digital Thinking, Caring Profile, Interpersonal Relationships, Conflict Management, Creativity.
