We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Manager to join our Global Sales and Operations team in São Paulo. As a Business Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing complex business challenges by gathering and analyzing data, crafting insightful recommendations, and clearly communicating your findings to both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze large data sets from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform your recommendations.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for improvement and present them to clients and senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.

  • Basic SQL skills, with the ability to translate business requests into code to answer specific questions.
