We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a US Visa Case Manager.
- This is a full-time remote role responsible for client engagement, case preparation, document collection, petition drafting, and submission.
- The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Attorney to analyze client profiles, strategize on case approaches, communicate with clients, and stay updated with immigration policies and trends.

Requirements:
- Experience with U.S. immigration law, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions

- Proficiency with case management software and online filing systems
